Nutrition Coaching 

The key to a flat stomach is through your stomach.

If there are 2 things everyone wants: it's a flat stomach and great glutes. Most people believe that going home to do crunches is how we get a flat stomach.

Well, while core exercises can be great for toning ones core, how well you eat/eat in a calorie deficit is the most effective way to get there.

How you eat ultimately will affect the speed at which your results are influenced; therefore, to get the best results you need proper nutrition. 

As your nutrition coach, I will calculate your macros, help you with your grocery shopping, meal planning, and meal prepping, hold you accountable, help you develop better eating habits, and help you cut back on your fast food.

A Wellness Coach is a professional who provides personalized guidance and supports individuals seeking to improve their overall well-being. We focus on an all-encompassing approach to health, incorporating physical, emotional, and mental aspects to promote a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.

As your Wellness Coach, my job will involve guiding you and helping you take charge of your health through physical activity, improved nutrition, and a firm support system for your mental well-being.

Together, we will establish long-term goals and a plan of action to ensure that you achieve those goals, using Evidence-Based Practices and an open line of communication.

Wellness coaching includes but is not limited to:
